The best root beer in the State, if not the Nation.  I always go out of my way to get some Mug N' Bun root beer when traveling towards Indy.  If greasy spoon food is your idea of comfort food...you have found your Nirvana.

Mug n Bun is definitely a nostalgic carhop restaurant in the modern world. It has the same absolutely phenomenal food it served 50+ yrs ago as well as STILL serving the best ROOTBEER in town!

Wow you must try their tenderloin & onion rings and don't forget the homemade root beer!Great place to go eat,pull in to the old style drive inn restaurant leave lights on they come to your car take your order in no time here comes your food!! They also have outside seating if you want to get out abd set at table!Friendly employees,very helpful.They have just about anything!!

It's a classic place. I have memories from 15 years ago of my family eating here. We'd normally go before going to Tibbs Drive-In movie theatre. They have delicious EVERYTHING. To get the full effect or even just to try one thing to see if you might like it, you have to get a root beer float. It's life changing. Just put your lights on when you're ready to order and someone will be right out.

Stopped in for the oyster dinner with root beer.  Oysters were a nice size and fried to a crisp golden brown. French fries fresh and hot.  Root Beer alone was worth the money.
