Was looking for a new dentist in my area,  I called and they don't actually answer the phone, they have you leave a message to get a call back (their normal way of handling business i guess). After pressing "0" to leave a message it just beeps and beeps over and over. No way to leave message. I tried this a few times before realizing why would i want a dentist who doesnt have a receptionist to answer the phone or leave a message?  Would not recommend

Not only do I go to Dr. Francis but so does our whole family and extended family of 5.
Dr. Francis and his staff are always very concerned about your comfort! They really go the extra mile to make my visit there is as pleasant as possible. Dr. Francis is the very best dentist I have ever had. His work is superior plus he is a great person. I won't go any where else and neither will any of my family.

If your appointment is at 10:20 you will be seen at that time. I have been  going to them for years and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
