Do not go here even if you’re desperate. This place is absolutely horrible - it’s time consuming, irresponsible, and never EVER tells you all their hidden fees. The first time I went was for a cleaning, which was paid for by my medical insurance. After sitting in their X-ray room for about two hours (apparently their good X-ray broke that day), i finally got to clean my teeth. I waited another 30 minutes for them to start cleaning my teeth while listening to a young man next door having a life crisis because he couldn’t pay for his teeth. What a sad foreshadowing that was. The doctor was walking around in a very impatient manner and was barely present as I got my teeth cleaned. In fact, one of the other staff (who wasn’t even a dentist!) had to clean my teeth. When the doctor arrived, he picked at me teeth for about 3 minutes like you would a cheap frozen dinner and told the staff I needed to pay an extra $88 for some blue liquid in a syringe which I quite frankly still don’t know what it was to this very day. Fast forward to the end of this horrible dentist appointment where they asked if I wanted my wisdom teeth removed, to which I said yes, as they were bothering me for years. They sent in a request for my insurance company to authorize the removal. They said 4-6 weeks, but I came back every month to be told they haven’t gotten anything. I even called the insurance company and they told me that they haven’t received anything. I waited three months to get this authorization. On the day I was supposed to get my teeth removed, I specifically took a day off because the doctor ONLY showed up on Thursday to remove my teeth. (Which I find weird as Dr. Moheb was the only doctor I have seen and he was the one doing it.) I sat there for forty minutes on the operating chair only for a receptionist to say surprise! Here’s a bill to $1800!! I’m a college student struggling with student loans so you can imagine my shock to that when I barely make money off my minimal wage job! Apparently my teeth were covered but I needed four very expensive bone graphs so my teeth wouldn’t fall off. They basically threatened me with the idea that my teeth will fall off if I don’t pay. The receptionist literally asked me to “ask my mom” to pay. I’m a grown woman who apparently should ask their mother to pay. Talk about insulting. Then she told me to ask my dad, who is a handicapped man living off paycheck from paycheck. Yeah...no. My dad came storming in angry and had an argument with Dr. Moheb, who I really think needs anger management or something. Believe me, I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me $1800. They pulled this BS off with my mom as well, to the point where they showed her a $9000 bill when they already put stuff IN her mouth. To cap it off, NEVER GO HERE. DON’T BE FOOLED. THE DENTIST IS INSANE AND THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND IF YOU’RE NOT RICH, YOU’LL FIND A VERY HEFTY BILL SHOVED IN YOUR FACE MID-PROCEDURE!!!

I gave it a 1 star because there isn't 0 stars, they don't deserve any stars. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My husband went there about 2 yrs ago. Was told that he needed a lot of work done. He believed it because he had not been in a dentist in a long time. Dr. Moheb extracted couple teeth and referred him to another Orthopedics in Vacaville. They set the appointment date and my husband took the day off because they told him that he could not go to work after the procedure. My husband called that morning to confirm the appointment only to find out that he was not on the schedule and that even if he was on the schedule the doctor was not in. They reschedule his appointment to a week later and was told that if he missed his appointment he would be charge a NO SHOW FEE. 2 days later he gets a call from them letting him know that he had missed his appointment and that he had to pay the No show fee. This was on a Friday. On Monday my husband gets a call from Care Credit to notify him that he had gone past his credit limit. That's when he found out that Dr. Moheb had charged his care credit card the full procedure amount even without providing him with the services. My husband called Dr. Moheb to ask why they charged him the full amount and Dr. Moheb got very aggressive over the phone and threatened him that he was going to take him to court because he didn't work for free. My husband disputed the charges with Care Credit and they refunded his account. Today 3/22/16 we received an invoice of $1800....really? ?
