Wish I could give fewer than .5 stars. Definitely not a honest or transparent business. Beware "up-charges". Your designer shirt will cost you $3.49 to launder PLUS an extra 44% just bc it's a "brand name." EXPECT to pay well over $10 for a single dress shirt!! This is due to the fact that the employees must meet a certain up-charge percentage goal on dry clean only garments per month in order to get their incentives (all at the customers expense!!!) CEO is located in CA and the General Manager has absolutely no idea what he's doing! TIP: Question every bill and ask for a itemized receipt at the counter upon pickup. And/or PLEASE PLEASE AVOID this establishment at all costs- the wood hangers and convenience of an IOS App aren't worth it if your garments come back completely ruined or worse... don't come back at all!! Save your money AND your time!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any dry cleaner! I have most all my clothes dry cleaned and I have never experienced worse service! The bad thing is I went back twice and it gets worse each time! The first time I was double charged and I tried to tell the young lady she had charged me twice and she just argued.. I showed her on my checking account it just ran twice and she still would not listen.. So I charged it back.. So stupid me gives them another chance.. Today I get an email my order is ready to be picked up.. I go in and it not back .. The lady says its scanned when they load it on the truck.. So I go back at 5:45 thinking it would be back.. She tells me it will not be back until tomorrow and that's what she told me.. Which was a lie to say the least. So I ask to speak to manager and of course no manager was working.. I ask for the managers name and number and was told They could not give that information out... So I left my name and number in hopes the manager might be a little more customer service oriented.. But after 30 Minutes I have heard nothing... And at this point I don't expect to ever hear from the manager... This place does a good job at the cleaning! But the service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life and I have been using dry cleaners for a good 20 years! They are also a bit over priced .. You would think with what they charge you could get at least decent service! Take my advise and go Somewhere else!

I have used Mulberry's for many years but unfortunately will not be going back after my last experience. We brought brand new, very expensive bedding, still in its packaging, to them to get laundered and pressed. It came back to us with several stains. We brought it back to get laundered again. The person working at the location was unhelpful, unsympathetic, almost rude - "Talk to Jake. I can't help you." She wouldn't even help to inspect the items when we were picking them up each time. Sure enough, they still had the stains and more showed up. Jake advised to send them back again and he would look at them personally to make sure they got the stains out. I got a call they were ready again and I asked Jake if the spots were gone. He said yes. When I went to pick them up (this is a third time now) the stains were still there. He advised to send them through again. The same stains weren't going away and more were appearing, so we could not trust having the bedding processed again. The entire process and service we have received is disappointing and frustrating. Where is the quality control and why am I left to be the one to find the stains each time? Take your business to another cleaner. This one needs to clean up their act.
