I'm here right now. About 1130 on Friday night. I usually love it here. And I love that it's 24 hours but the laundry detergent machine just took 2 dollars of mine for detergent and dryer sheets. Plus I've had my dog in the car and I promised him a snack. The vending machine... Again... Took my money and didn't do anything. Like I said I like it here but I'm broke and that 3.50$ is just kind of a pain in the ass to loose.

It's a craps shoot just like at any laundry mat. Some of the dryers are janky and don't work right no matter what. The good thing is this place is open 24 hours a day and is usually pretty quiet and safe feeling. I used to wash at 3:45 am due to working two jobs when I had a day off so that should say something.

This is the second time we've been here and lost money. I left a msg. @ the listed phone number asking to be reimbursed $4.75 for defective washer #23 and the bottom dryer of #56. I put 3 "out of order" signs on machines myself, but someone should be checking in regularly. We use a laundromat once a month for our quilts. Update: Owner called me back that day, apologized profusely and reimbursed us. Haven't been back because we only do our heavy stuff, but he promised to have someone doing repairs the very next day and also to leave envelopes for future problems. Nice guy, too!

Half the machines are broken. Vending is very poor and they make you put cash on a points card or buy tokens. Fine for locals that use the place regularly but not so much otherwise. I lost 30.00 to broken equipment nobody works there and no number to call if there is a problem. And I'm stuck with a card that has 10 dollars on it. Feel kind of scamed. 2 good thing is They are open 24/7

This place is decently clean for being 24-7 and busy. Vending machines are nice. No ATM, but the machines take cards. Warning - there is a $20 hold when you use a card. Considering all of this, I would like to give it a decent rating, but I simply cannot. The washers worked quite well though about a quarter of them were out of order. The problem is when I tried to dry my clothes. I tried 3 different dryers (none of which had out of order signs) to no avail. The card reader said thank you, but try as I might, I couldn't get any of them to start. Once my clothes finish, I will ultimately have to drive my wet clothes across town to dry them somewhere else. Do not reccomend.
