I don’t recommend anybody to live it’s not worth it the we have centipedes every where in our town house since we got here in 2014 , telling them over and over but nothing done they spray once and I think it’s joke and also have mice last winter and the roof leaks since June 2017 and till now October 17 nothing done only lies saying we have new contractors will fix it this week and nothing done again..honestly it’s biggest mistake rent here and we already informed them will leaving at end of our lease next 3 months.. so from four years experience this place sucks and not recommended not recommended to live here @ Mulford Park Apartment.

This place doesn't deserve any stars, the apartment buildings are not in good condition and seems like no maintenance is ever done on them, but yet rent gets raised for "maintenance" . My apartment was infested with these little tiny bugs , I don't know what they were maybe ants and they did nothing about it . We called and complained a bunch of times and all they did was come spray some solution and left, which didn't work. We bought ant repellent and that didn't help either. They needed to either call an exterminator or figure out which tenant was causing these bugs because it definitely wasn't us. This place isn't worth the amount their asking for , I would NEVER recommend it or come back.

I don't recommend a soul/no one to live out here it's horrible. They are money hungry. They raised my rent up to $40 not including the air conditioner. The maintenance team is horrible and really slow. It's 👎 bad

Had a terrible experience attempting to apply after giving them a  100 dollar money order to hold an apartment. Could not cash it once it's filled out. "Don't fill out the money order until you're approved. They will make you wait 30 days for a refund. ***Not disclosed***

My experience is horrible, my toilet upstairs leaking and flooded my living room and my kitchen, I called maintenance four times in Dec 18th 2016 the maintenance man never called me back or did he show up until today Dec 19th me and my family were not able to use the bathroom the entire time. The leak ruined my sectional and Lori at Mulford park told me to file it under my renters insurance. You can see the bottom of the toilet print from the ceiling. This is a disgrace my sofa is ruined and I have urine on my kitchen counter when the toilet over flows. I should not have to call maintenance for an emergency and they not show up. I will be calling the BBB
