I ordered a dozen pink roses and they delivered 6. Gladly I requested the patient to send a picture because I would not have known Mulhearn cheated me. When I spoke with the managed she stated she would refund my money and go back and pick up the flowers. How tacky. Later she sends me a picture of a dozen beautifully arranged pink roses. Why wasn't it don't at first I asked. I told her you just lost a customer. Mulhern should have taken the lost and left the flowers. Instead they wanted me to take The loss of receiving 6 roses instead of a dozen. Cheating the customer.

My sister died November 1, 2016. Mulhearn in Monroe, La was in charge of her services which was only graveside in Crowville, La. Her only viewing was to be at the gravesite. I live in Mississippi. My family arrived at the cemetery at the appropriate time. When the coffin was opened everyone there was astonished. Her neck was crooked, her hands balled up in fists and NOTHING had been done with her hair (which we paid extra to have fixed). She looked like a homeless person.. I complained and was told we would be compensated for. I Have not. Won't uses their services again!!
