We've had several repairs by Mullens. They respond promptly and have always shown up when they say they're going to. They aren't the cheapest, but it's worth the extra money for the reliability and quality of the work.

Another great experience with Mullen Plumbing! I originally called them for a leaking hot water tank. While onsite I asked them to check for an outside water leak (my water bill kept going up!) They did determine I had a leak and ended up having to replace the line from the meter to the house. It was a very difficult job as my yard is very steep and rocky. They came several days in a row and finished the job quickly. Techs were very knowledgeable and professional.

My experience with Mullen was horrible! They sent a tech out to fix my air conditioning unit when I was at work. The tech came, fixed the unit, and then said nothing to my fiancé other than asking how we were going to pay for his services. He then left a ticket which said we had refused a leak test. I had no idea what a leak test was and my fiancé was adamant in saying that the tech had not asked him about any kind of test. While I am well versed in academia, I am not versed in heating and cooling, so I called the company and requested someone call me back. A very nice manager called and explained the process of testing for leaks, and I was then able to make an informed decision as to what I wanted to do. I thought the situation had been resolved. A week later, the owner calls me. I told him I had had questions, but that they had been answered by his manager. He then said, "Well, I'm not trying to start anything, but I talked to my tech, and he said he explained all this to your fiancé or whatever he is." I then informed the owner that there was no reason for my fiancé to lie about this, and that if the leak test had been explained to us then I wouldn't have called asking questions. I was then told again, that the tech had explained it to my fiancé, and that I was the one with the problem because I wasn't there to witness the explanation. I was called a liar, and it was implied by the manager that I was simply attempting to get out of paying the bill, which by the way I had already paid. After several minutes of rude accusations, I informed the owner that I would be taking my business elsewhere. While Mullen might have a few good employees working for them, what happened to me was unacceptable and should not have to happen to anyone else.
