Went to rock wood for my finger locking, all they care about is me getting a colonoscopy. Which I did not go in for by the way! It took them 40 days to get me in. Went in then they said someone would call me for appointment's for my finger. Well 3 weeks went by and no call. Then when I call to find out what to do? They say now they can't find me. Will never go back to this incompetent Rock wood clinic again. Kind of funny they don't know who I am but they still billed my insurance for the appointment! Wish I could give then no stars!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic clinic and staff. Dr Davis is the best. She listened to my concerns and put together a plan that worked for both of us. Her MA Grecia is amazing. Very nice front desk staff as well.

We are new to the area and I mixed up what Rockwood clinic I had my appointment with. Once I realized my mistake I phoned the Quail Run office to let them know of the mistake and that I would be slightly late (I was a good 15 mins early, however it was at least a 20 minute drive to the Quail Run clinic from where I was and I wanted to let them know.) The woman I spoke with said that it was fine as long as I was no more than 15 minutes late. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late, however after waiting for the receptionist it ended up being 12 minutes. I explained to her what had happened and she informed me that the woman that I had spoke with on the phone was at a different Rockwood clinic that sometimes helped them monitor their phones and because I was more than 10 minutes late at this point they wouldn't see me. I was literally 12 minutes passed my appointment time because of a small mistake from being new to the area and there was ONE man in the waiting room. The receptionist tried to schedule me an appointment for a week later with a different provider, however I was so surprised at being refused to be seen I chose to find somewhere else to be seen. It was extremely unprofessional and now I am going to be lacking the medical care I need because of 12 minutes and a small error on my part. The provider that refused to see me was Allison Davis.

Alison Davis was by far the worst doctor I have ever experienced. She crossed boundaries, would not take no as an answer when I told her not to put a stick in my ears, three times I had to tell her no and then she got mad at me. I told her I did not like the anti depressants I was on and she doubled the dosage. She did nothing to help with my anxiety disorder. I was very disappointed and this experience made me reluctant to go to a doctor ever again. I hope that she reads this and learns from this because she needs to check herself and the way she treats people. Here's another thing that Allison Davis did that seriously crossed the line into my personal life, which is something any self-respecting medical professional should always try not to do. She asked if I used condoms during sex and I said yes, sometimes I do. Following my response about my sexual activity, she immediately took on a condescending and disrespectful tone. She explained to me that this disease was highly transmittable through sexual activity and that I should not have sex without a condom ever again, which was simply not true. The entire time of our interaction, she acted as some kind of supreme authority about the subject, when in reality she was truly unqualified to speak about the subject at all. Her contempt was just so obvious and a little underwhelming, and as I came to this clinic with hopes of treatment and healing, this unnecessarily terrible attitude she had towards me left a bad taste in my mouth about my treatment, which is seriously going to be the best moment of entire life. She said that because of the blood disease I have I have to use condoms every singe time. But she is NOT a specialist with the disease I have. When I have asked my ACTUAL specialist if it's okay to not use condoms, he said there was a little to no chance of my partner contracting the disease. Alison acted so judgmental and insisted that I have to use condoms every time, but she was basing this on absolutely nothing realistic. It was as if she wanted to lecture me and feel even worse about my situation, despite being unable to help me in any meaningful way. I don't know if she is simply a very insecure person, if she was having abad day, or if there was something about me that she just didn't like. But regardless of all that, a professional should take all of their clients seriously and treat them with the dignity that should be afforded to any human being. But Ms. Davis did not treat me with dignity, or even the slightest trace of politeness. She behaved as though I was a completely uninformed fool and a burden to her day. She tried to make me feel bad INTENTIONALLY. I don't know if it's because she is insecure or unhappy with her job or what... but she really needs to gain some perspective and work on her people skills if she was to truly be a respectable woman in her position.

I just had a great experience at Rockwood Clinic. It's often hard to get an appointment because the wait times on the phone can be lengthy but last Wednesday I called and based on my issues was put through to a nurse named Cindy. She worked really hard to find a spot for me that same day and I met with Dr. Trace Julsen and he was fantastic. He took care of me quickly and efficiently but I didn't feel like I was being rushed. I had to have my blood drawn and the tech was a pro. I also worked with (Amanda, I think) a receptionist who was delightful. This experience really changed my overall opinion of Rockwood Clinic. Thank you.
