Dr. Hubbell is amazing and he is a true professional ENT however his office staff and the office staff for Dr. R are so horrid to the people that I ask to talk to them on the phone because I am disabled that we asked not to have them contact us again weeks ago. Of course they keep harassing us and we leave messages to email us to send us a text but they never do. Glad we had a few other opinions that were much more professional and already got the job done. They even called us today for surgery tomorrow even though we said with witnesses we were not using them for this reason weeks ago. Use the doctors but fire the staff. The hearing test person is pretty good too.
