If you want it done half-blank at the highest price, call him. Maybe the boat is in dry dock. Ask for true references, as in long term business customers.

I contacted them 4 times over the period of a month to try and get an estimate, calling, following up, etc, and they never came out or got me one. I send pictures (as they requested) as well as tried to get them to come see the work that needed done.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the project we recently had completed from Municipal Services of America, basement waterproofing and a stamped concrete patio. Our home in Willoughby, Ohio built in 1922 has had a leaky basement since we moved in 18 years ago. It's been a couple months and its safe to say after a few heavy rain storms we are nice and dry :-) 

Since MSA has waterproofed my neighbor's basement and plans for a stamped concrete driveway in spring and I was happy to refer them to my neighbor.  

Thanks Municipal Services for putting up with us through out this delicate situation.
