They removed a part and said it had to be replaced, couldn't be repaired.  It was a part for which they're an authorized dealer.  After I repaired it they charged me another trip fee to come reinstall it.  Not horrible... but not great either.

Have had work done in 2 different homes we lived in and we have always been pleased with the quality and cost of the work.

Very very bad experience. No attention to detail, had to be informed by homeowner that lights were more than an inch off center, that sink counter was installed at a significant slant, they left lots of nails in the driveway, plain old didn't care about the quality of their work. Spent 7K to install a tub, toilet and sink in an upstairs bedroom and was not happy with their customer service. DON"T USE THEM.

Bathroom works perfectly.  This is the best plumber in New Richmond, WI!
