Do NOT call Countryside if you have any emergency work. They claim a 24/7 rapid response team on their website. I put in two calls last night (1st one at 10:43 pm) and I have been waiting 8 plus hours without a call back.  (Call just came at 7:04 am) This is the second time they have done this to me. I will NOT call them ever again!!! The other place I called in Ellsworth 2 hours after my initial call to this place had a LIVE person answering calls and I had a call back in 5 minutes at midnight. Now that’s what I call rapid response!!!

We chose Countryside for replacing our old AC unit and furnace because we had our water heater and water softener replaced by them and were very pleased with the professional service we received.  Troy was our salesman and was informative and low pressure.  Shortly after the install of our furnace and AC the AC unit had some issues keeping the temperature where it was set and the blower seemed to surge.  The service technician Cooper was very professional and took his time trouble shooting and resolving the issues.  I highly recommend Countryside for their dedication to customer satisfaction and professional staff.

There are good service techs and then there are GREAT service techs and Don is one of the GREAT ones. Not only did he work diligently to repair our heating system, before guests arrived, but he also discovered a Carbon Monoxide leak that could have potentially be fatal to our guests and our family. Words can not express how grateful we are to Don.

As fall was approaching I took a day away from my job to have have work done at my home to get ready. Along with other work, I scheduled furnace maintenance with Countyside several weeks in advance to insure I could have a technician confirmed. As the weather got colder I purposely did not turn on the furance as I waited to have it inspected and cleaned first. The day before my scheduled visit, Countryside cancelled. I explained I only had the 1 day to have this work done. But they said it be another week before they would come out. As it was less then 24 hrs notice, ,I could  not find another company avaialable. Their inability to offer a time after  my work, has really inconvenienced us. I made that appointment weeks ago and they wait until the day before, to contact me about rescheduling. This is not the reliable, professional service I'd expect from them. To avoid this I suggest you look for other companies for your service.

Don stopped by today to hook up a new Stove.  He was very informative, friendly & did a great job!  Will defiantly call Countryside for any Plumbing/heating needs!  Thank you~
