I have always been greeted with a friendly smile and the service has always been great. They have held my purchase for me until the weather cleared up enough so I could pick it up and not worry about it getting rained on during the trip home. I have purchased a few items and different times and I am very pleased with all of it.

We had such a wonderful experience with Murphy's from beginning to end! Kathy and Mary were both such a delight to work with. They were helpful, smart, and supportive... and never once pushy. We ordered a Stanton sectional through them and we're so glad we did--the price was fantastic and we love our couches. Thank you!

Murphy's is the BEST most comfortable place I have ever shopped. The ladies are NO pressure and explain everything. I left there after checking out a matress to do some comparision shopping. Not only was the Murphy mattress 100.00 less they gave us FREE Delivery and TAKE away your old mattress for 0 cost. The other big name store wanted extra for hauling away our old mattress. I am happy to support a LOCAL business and to know that my mattress is make locally in Newberg. Thank you Mary, Kathy, Nicole and the Murphy's team for your help. I'll be doing a little more Christmas Shopping with you this year :)
