Our newly renovated, clean and comfortable rooms are offered for your consideration for rates between $99 to $200. Our room rates differ depending on the type and style of accommodation that best suits your needs.

Murphy's Resort is conveniently located by Lake Estes, within walking distance of the Lake Estes Marina, walking trails, restaurants and attractions. We are also only 1.5 miles from downtown Estes Park and 5.5 miles from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Very nice for the price we paid. Fairly up to date but still has an older, rustic feel. Plenty of space. Super friendly staff. They even have free DVD's to borrow and a player in each room. Don't forget to grab a complementary bag of popcorn for your movie. A few negatives that warrant a missing star (we honestly give it 4.5 if we could, based on the price we paid): The water pressure and hot water temperature are reliant on your neighbors not flushing the toilet or taking a shower themselves. The breakfast in just fair. Again for the price we paid we can't complain too much. The hot tube was HUGE but lacked pressure for all the jets to work properly. The wife and I were alone so we could just pick one of the few jets that were working.

Murphy's Resort has nice beds and larger rooms than most places with many accommodations. The staff was helpful as they immediately replaced an old DVD player that wasn't working. The housekeeping crew was super helpful and nice. You will get your money's worth with these clean rooms and great mountain views. They have many amenities on site along with elk strolling the premises. It was quiet as the rooms are built well with no overt noise unlike so many other places. I was quite pleased with the stay here and would highly recommend.

Great place for a great price! My husband and I love staying there. They have a small simple breakfast, but it's more than just cereal so that's nice. They also have movies to borrow and a small bar inside.

The resort is at outskirts of Estes Park. The rooms are nice and cozy but ceiling is a bit low. The photos available online look photoshopped as the actual room is not that bright. Positives- 1. Parking is right in front of the room. 2. They provide free cycles to have a ride to nearby lake and areas. That is good option to spend sometime on a nice day. 3. Pool was good and they have nice breakfast. Negative- Washroom was small in size.

Nice location, friendly staff. Room was basic at best, but the family room was nice for a family of 4. Kids loved having their own space. Hot tub is inside, not out under the stars which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was so-so at best. Booking I thought we had a king, but it's a queen...read the small print and it says bed size may vary. For the price, it's a place I'd return to.
