Our new favorite place to stay in Estes Park. We always stayed away do to price but decided to splurge on our anniversary trip. So happy we did. Room was amazing, fitness room was good and pool are was great. Great front desk service. We will be back

It's okay; however, it took about two and a half hours to get checked into our room. We were "upgraded" and it was an awful switch. Housekeeping and front desk were appalling behind and good customer service just doesn't seem to be a concern of the hotel. If you are going to stay here, I would recommend seeing your room before signing to commit- they offer lake views but seem to rarely give out the rooms that actually view the lake. But once the fiasco settled, the rooms are decent and it was a decent place to put my head down at night.

Decent rooms and amenities. They had us in a room next to a loud family and instead of moving to a comparable room, they downgraded us instead. Staff were very short and somewhat grumpy but helped us with what we needed.

We asked for a handicapped accessible room for our elderly parent and to be on the same floor. We got neither from front desk clerk Devon. No apologies. However , the next morning, the very friendly front desk morning staff was on top of the error before we even asked about it and made it right. The nice front desk people (as opposed to the other not so nice one) even went out of their way to make a pot of coffee for us when we asked very early in the morning. The Waterfront Grille restaurant there is not very good and overpriced. The advertisements online show a rate of 167 or so per night. We paid over 220 for the basic room. I don't know what you have to do to get 167. This place is expensive to have to deal with spotty customer service.

Nice place. Perfect location, great views, right on the lake. Rooms look brand new. Friendly staff, great food.
