I really like Murphy's Vet clinic in Sanford. My two dogs have been going to this vet for the past 5 years. The staff seem to always check for more affordable options if available and I believe that if you get something done with them, you do not have to pay the appointment fee (ex. we payed for a fecal test at $25 dollars and did not have to pay for the $30 appointment fee).

Dr. Wayne is the best, we have been going to her for years. This is not a fancy practice, it is an older building and bare bones, but Mike at the front desk and Dr. Wayne really care about animals. Today I took in a kitten that a co-worker had found in the middle of 434 and Dr. Wayne gave her a once over free of charge, that was unexpected and very kind. Years ago when we had to put one of our dogs down after a very short but severe illness Dr. Wayne waived the euthanasia fee as we had spent quite a bit on testing and boarding. I do not say this so people take their animals here expecting to receive free services, we have been going to Dr. Wayne for over 10 years and these are examples of her kindness and empathy. That is the kind of vet practice I really appreciate! Thank you Dr. Wayne (and Mike)!

They have no customer service skills. Dr. Is a pure .......no empathy. No respect for her staff. So imagine how she treats the clients. Good prices. I think once she meant well. Nasty

Old fashioned Veterinary who is there for your animals help and not take every penny you have. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and good location! Thanks so much Murphy Vet Clinic! My dog had a surprise loose tooth this morning. They fit us in no problem when my primary vet couldn't and handled the situation quickly and superbly. Kind staff, incredibly reasonable pricing. They seemed pretty busy when I got there so I was really glad we were able to make the appointment. Now my little doggie is doing so well! I'm actually considering switching vets because they're so close to home and they were really good people.
