Alex the receptionist is very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions knowledgeably even at 7 am in the morning. After my cat got neutered  she even called back to check how my cat was doing after the weekend! Now thats top notch quality customer service. Give this girl a raise she deserves it !!!
  The procedure was quick and having an option for a bendy collar was delightful. This place seems to really care about their patients.

Im now a loyal customer.

The Doctors and staff were exceptional on every level. I was able to get in immediately and the way Dr. Atwell treated my cat was amazing. I susequently saw other docs there and was treated with the same caring manner. They actually acted like my cat mattered. Cats are a dime a dozen, right? Well not mine. We were treated with respect, caring and kindness. Even though they knew my funds were very limited. I would highly recommend them.

The staff and vets are very caring and make time to answer any questions you may have. They treat all the patients like they were their own.

The doctor is more interested in how much money she can get than the care of your pet.

I love this clinic! I was referred here by their sister hospital, Northside Veterinary Clinic, and couldn't be happier! My creatures are in great hands when they're seen by Dr Olson and her compassionate staff.
