The best thing about Muscle City Barbell is the environment of this place and the set of people who are managing it. Be it a Cardio, weight area, Knowledgeable trainers, Clean equipment’s and floor everything is the best in its class. Additionally, the management is humble, friendly and motivating. I always felt like a part of a work out family and that’s what makes it even more special. I would recommend everyone trying it ..

The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in. They encourage everyone and support others in making positive changes. The equipment is top-notch with everything basically being Rogue. For someone who trains in weightlifting, this is a great place to train at especially for the price.

This is the best place I worked out in Atlanta. The trainer Irvin is the best among those who ever trained me. The people I work out with make you feel like family. I would say, come and try out and you will like it ....

THE DECISION TO HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER IS AN EMPOWERING ONE. PUTTING A DEDICATED FITNESS EXPERT IN YOUR CORNER CAN NET YOU INVALUABLE EXPERTISE AND SUPPORT FOR DEVISING A SMART WORKOUT STRATEGY, OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ROADBLOCKS, AND GETTING THE REAL RESULTS YOU’RE AFTER.’ In my own words, it was very humbling. Admitting I am out of shape and I am incapable of working out on my own to any great benefit was a challenge. I took the plunge and headed out interviewing several PT’s around the area. I had the great fortune of meeting Keshia Henderson. Bubbly, high spirited, and very inquisitive. Keshia, from the minute we met, just wanted know what I wanted to get out of the training. She listened to my whiney remarks about past injuries, schedules, etc. She acknowledged them all and then said, “I can help you, if want the help.” OOOH. I was going to have to make a commitment? She looked me in the eyes when she said it and I replied with a resounding, “Let’s get it done. I might only have 60 days”. My injury and schedule are real by the way. 10 hours days, 7 days a week, ruptured C6. Keshia told me if I would commit to a schedule she would make it work. We agreed. After an in-depth assessment of my physical condition and I am sure, my mental condition, Keshia put together a workout program that would achieve a very dramatic result in a very short period of time. She addressed workouts, cool downs, stretching, nutrition and what to do on days off. I was well pleased. Keshia knows physical training and people. She is strong and intense but not overwhelming. Always positive and upbeat and encouraging. She really encouraged me to work harder. She would not let me quit. She might let me rest but if I had 20 reps to do and I did 19 and stopped. I had one more to do and she just waited until I could get the last one done. Keshia knows her craft very well and knows people. I think those are great combinations in this industry. Although my schedule got the best of me and cut my time short with PT, because of Keshia, I have the motivation to continue the pursuit of my goal. In just the 2 weeks that we have been working together, I am amazed at the results. She took great care not get me hurt and still achieved results. I highly recommend this physical trainer, Keshia Henderson. She knows how to work as a team. She works with you, not at you. Thank you Keshia Henderson

Great gym filled with great people! The owners and coaches are warm and inviting and always looking out for your safety. I can't say enough good things about this place!
