My experience dealing with this particular facility is not good!! Music teachers simply cancel their classes literally a few minutes prior to the scheduled class start time (sometimes with vague excuses) , and at the same time these teachers refuse to give credit to cancellations from parents/students even with 3 days of advance notice!! Neither the front desk nor the management has a clue of what is going on. They charge hefty sums, but act as if they are running some charity organization!!

Poor customer service: so far three attempted fraud charges after the return of the rental instrument! Extremely overpriced for musical instruments. Most staff is trained in sales but have no music-related knowledge. Never again.
