Cons: customer service and store staffing is very bad ..  very few people n all they seems over frustrated may be of over workload ... If any of your purchase doesn't have price tag then make sure that 20 mins of your time is gone for sure when get the actual or you will end up in quitting it

Place is very pricy compared to other outlets.  Customer services is pathetic  as you cannot find help other than cash counters.

Horrible service. I bought a pair of shoes last sunday (Feb 19th). Unfortunately, I had to return them because the size label was wrong. The shoes didn't have a tag either. I didn't save the receipt because I had no intentions of returning it. But when I wore them I realized they were too small. So I went to the store to return them. The salesman was the coldest person I have met so far. His answer was "you cant return them" I mean there was no sorry or at least an attempt to view our bill (specially at Burlington they take your phone number saying just for a backup. in case you loose your receipt) but no his answer was no you can't return. and when I asked him why he said because you don't have a receipt and they are used. Well hello I didn't use them. Wonder if that is how they were when I bought them in the first place and then when I said I bought them last Sunday he was like ooh. nothing else. I don't care about the damn shoes or the refund. its just 15$. But I was planning on shopping at the store once I return the shoes. I just made a bill of around 100$ last Sunday and was about to purchase something else but with this whole incident I have decided never to shop at this store.

Horrible costume services. Tried to return a shirt that didn't fit. The manager, an Asian without any respect for the costumer, said I couldn't return because I used the shirt, because of a stain on it. I didn't use the shirt and it came with the stain when I bought but didn't see it before. The manager simply turned his back and walked away saying that we could discuss for the whole day but he wouldn't allow the return. No respect with the costumer.
