Story

We are a quiet secluded small community located off hwy 67 on the beautiful historic Mussey Grade rd. The village is located in its own little piece of paradise. Here you will find natural settings with mature oak trees and many other native plants and trees. The neighborhoods are quiet and neighbors are respectful of each other. Features include a well maintained pool with spacious deck areas and bbq's available for use, tennis courts, basketball, laundry facilities, grassy play areas, car wash area, and a big communitty garden where we produce lots of fresh produce. No two lots are alike, each with its own unique setting, sizes vary with homes spread amongst the canyon, there is also a seasonal creek that runs through the property.
