Unprofessional staff w/nasty attitude! (Looking at you tall black girl w/thick framed glasses).Brought in a prospective new member who was interested in maybe signing up only to be told that it would cost $12 to "show them around".
I clarified that I just wanted to show them around so they could make a favorable decision and she (girl behind the counter) was very insistent that in order to do so we MUST pay $12, sign a waiver and sit off to the side while she gets someone for us to talk to.
20 MINUTES LATER... No one ever came to speak with us so we left to go sign up at a gym that isn't trying to rip us off.
We sat for 20 MINUTES listening to FIVE employees talk to EACH OTHER about how great their weekend was, etc. This employee NEVER even tried to help us.
But I gotta give her an A for the effort she put forth on trying to get me to (pay for her dinner and) give $12 just to "show around" a man who wanted to become a New member.
But on the plus side, the night ended with the prospective new member getting a membership at an all together DIFFERENT gym.
Unprofessional staff w/bad attitudes and suffering from a decent case of lazy.

One of the best gyms in the downtown area. I looked around and can't find any gym that meets my standards besides Muv. It's HUGE, and I've never had an issue with parking/equipment being used. I like that the group classes are offered for free; most gyms I've found around here are either only class or only cardio/weights. My boyfriend likes weights and I like classes as well as the treadmill on days I can't make a class so this is the perfect gym for us.

If you're looking for a real workout don't come to this gym. Too commercial, too PC. 
They let the trainers workout anywhere do whatever they like but if you aren't paying them out the wazoo,  they don't allow to freelance and do the same on your own. Hardly any new equipment since 2009 when they were golds. Save your $

It's really huge inside, but more aesthetically pleasing than useful. The weight area was very small, and you feel like an animal at the zoo on the lower level while the upper level cardio folks look down on you while you workout. Not for me, but it was very clean and large.

Awesome place for the average gym goer! For how big it is, there seems to be a lack of equipment. Two squat racks, 1 leg press, then a bazillion benches for some reason. I often wait to squat or deadlift (no chalk allowed).
