 There  is rhis one lady there who works every time I see her.  she's on her feet cleaning checking with customers making sure they have what they need greeting everyone  saying  hello n good bye just a great gym you can get in and get out easy.

Decent Gym. A lot of equipment, but a little cramped. Walking track inside and the staff is very wonderful. Despite its location, it can get busy.

Great gym. Most of the equipment is free to use you don't have to worry about waiting. They're open to about 9 p.m. which is great for most people and open 7 days a week

Great workout facility! Not the most cosmetically attractive establishment in comparison to other fitness centers but it has everything you need and more to build a healthy lifestyle and/or physique!

I have traveled a lot and lived in a lot of different places. This gym is my favorite as it has so many different machines to choose from for weightlifting. I have picked this over any gym membership in the Columbia area
