Incompetent staff, poor issue resolution. Do not trust this place! Do not trust this location! I put my favorite dress in for dry cleaning roughly eight weeks ago thinking that if I used a high-end cleaner there would be no issues. I updated my address with the counter manager (Christine) and opted to try the delivery option. I explicitly instructed her to have the delivery driver call me at the time of delivery, and I saw her pen moving which led me to believe it was recorded. Well, my dress was delivered to the wrong apartment, and I never received a call from the driver. Shockingly, it's what happened after the staff lost my dress that is the most upsetting. For the past six weeks I've been given the run around. I've talked to 5+ staff members and am no closer to having my issue resolved today than I was when we first realized there was an error. Each time I go back to the store, I am given a new person to contact. This has included Christine (counter manager), Christine (store manager), and now Marvin (the district manager). The process for resolving issues is woefully broken when the responsibility to escalate and triage the issue is placed back on the customer. It seems there is no process to resolve problems and the staff/management are not properly trained. I've been told this is a systemic issue that "they are working on", but in the mean time save yourself some stress by avoiding this location. I would not trust this location with anything you truly value, and I certainly wouldn't use the delivery service. This has been an epic fail in service excellence.

Love all the options of detergents they offer. Always get my stuff back quickly and text me as soon as it's ready. The employees here are so nice. I would recommend MW Cleaners to anyone.
