Got my carpets cleaned the other day and they look amazing. I love the way my carpet feels on my feet too lol. Henry showed up on time and I also appreciated the text in advance letting me know he was in route. He was very professional and took his time making sure he got every area cleaned flawlessly. This is my second time using his service and he’s going to be the only one who does my carpets from now on. Great job done!

We had another carpet cleaning service not show up for their appointment and we had to find a alternative immediately. When no other company in all of Woodbridge was available, Henry from Neighborhood Cleaning Services made room in his extremely busy schedule and he and his partner cleaned the carpets in our whole house. They did an outstanding job - they managed to make our old basement carpet look brand new! I would give these guys six stars if I could. Professional, courteous, and thorough - definitely will use this company again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Wow! This is a busy organization and we thought the carpet had worn down and just looked like that at the doorway. No, it was just that dirty! He was great to work with and so helpful in deciding what process would be best for the carpet. I have already made an appointment for my home. We do love that the company is locally owned and he is a veteran.

Honestly, if there were a rating higher than A+, Henry at Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners would deserve it for sure. I bought the service through Angie's list yesterday, and Henry called me within 24 hours--and came and did the job within 24 hours. Fast! They offered a special service to get the pet hairs out of my wool carpet. All stains and debris are now gone, and my carpet looks brand new. They did a fabulous job for me. Also, both Henry and the other guy, Prince, were super friendly and professional. Awesome company, highest praise!
