BUY FROM ANOTHER RETAILER. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unfortunate to have to say that on the review but considering the customer service I received when I contacted them about receiving the item. It’s a barely red maroon item that shows as ‘Maroon’ on the site. The site shows a vibrant color which I understand can be a little off in person. This shirt was barely even red.  When I went to return the item via chat the chat didn’t work so I used the chat window to send a message and attach a photo as it requested me to do.  Dave let me know that he did not receive a photo even though I uploaded one and that wasn’t even the issue. The biggest issue being his attitude and lack of customer service in this scenario. “The customer is always right” was never an option in this situation and it’s very disappointing Considering the emails back-and-forth and the money spent on shipping and item that I never wanted or would’ve bought in the first place. I have trained  employees and done quality assurance for over five years with an outdoor retailer  known for its award winning customer service and I hope that they understand that this kind of customer service will not allow them to grow in any circumstances.

Purchased gear for our 4 year old. Very pleased with how quickly items shipped. Size was spot on. Will come back again
