If the company did as they promised then it would be a great for people like myself with chronic pain. I got involved thinking this was a wonderful company.  I've been a pain patient since 2000 and out of the 6+ months I was being charged for my scripts I received my pain meds ONCE on time, the rest of the time I was lied to, promised what was never given, and lied to again and again. Nothing like being out of your pain meds because My Advocate for Health could take my payment from my bank on time but couldn't send medication on time and didn't care if I went without time and time again. My only advice is find different assistance, DO NOT trust My Advocate for Health to get your pain medication to you on time leaving you to have major issues with pain and zero medication, which according to 
them has nothing to do with My Advocate for Health. Just say NO to this company!!!
