The cashiers should have the courtesy or the discretion to check for the bag or consult with the pharmacists when the customer tells them, it was confirmed that the medications were ready for pick up. I have been sent back and forth to the drop off window for a prescription that was ready for pick up. When one of the pharmacists intervene and asked tge cashier to check the bags. 
The medications were entered in two different profiles.
