Perhaps it is because I live in the real world and realize that securing service is a contract which 2 (or more) enter and for it to be successful for both parties it requires equal diligence, through participation. In other words, you need to tell them what you need, what you can pay for or not, and not expect them to hold your hand and remind you every 5 seconds to go to the dentist. Personally, since I have a bad memory and do not trust Goggle calendar, I send myself emails and leave them in my inbox. 
Or if an alarm is needed I set 3 on my phone. As to rating service? 
**After one visit, I got in on time (as I was there early) the hygienist (Mandy) was very nice, and over all for being at the dentist (not my favorite thing) it was very stress free. The Doctor, while looking incredibly young (possibly because I am incredibly old?) was very good and designed a treatment plan, as to whether this is carried out(?) I believe it will depend more on me, than them.  But if thing s turn out as terrible as some here claim(?) I will return.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. They have shown great compassion toward my two younger children. It is difficult to get appointments over the phone. They also are always having to replace the pediatric dentist, as they never stay long. They have done their best to accommodate to meet our needs.

Worst place EVER!!!!!!!  I had a appt for a crown that they would not schedule until I paid for it.  Finally I saved enough money to pay for it and whent ahead and scheduled it.  Got a letter in the mail today that I missed my appt (which is not for another two weeks).  So they cancelled my appt and now have no record that I even ever paid for it.  Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't ever reach anyone by phone the first time I call.  It takes several days to get anything accomplished.

The hygienists I've encountered are cold, impersonal, and a bit rough on patients.

One of the dentists has a temper and it occasionally shows!

One of the receptionists talked loudly about my personal information right in front of another patient.  She also tried to give me advice on a possible tooth extraction, but she was not qualified to do so.

Not going back to that office again.

I tried calling numerous of times to see when my appointment was since it was  schedule so far out end up missing my appointment very hard to reach someone in office I literally been trying for months overall  this is a great place it would be nice to get a call back so I can make a new appointment
