My Family Furniture is a family owned furniture store based in Grayslake, Il. We opened in 2007 with 18 years previous experience in the furniture business. We provide our customers with extensive product knowledge and exceptional service at the lowest prices. Great store with a lot of different styles to choose from. Ken made the process of finding what I needed very easy, and I would highly recommend to any family and friends.

I was delighted with the service from Ken AND the great prices. Truly the BEST around. I had ordered a sofa elsewhere but when I found the IDENTICAL one at Family Furniture for $700 less (a 35% savings from the other store's SALE price) I was ecstatic (and cancelled my other order). Delivery was fast and professional. Cheyenne in the showroom was a sweetheart. I am recommending them to EVERYONE! And I am going back for more. Thanks Family Furniture:)

Wonderful experience, which is tough to find in sales! Great customer service, helpful with all my specifics and questions. The owner Ken made it a fun, personal & easy ordeal.

Great customer service! The owner Ken makes you feel like you are shopping with a friend, not pushy at all. Great prices that I have not seen matched anywhere else. The options are amazing to get exactly what you want. I am going to them for all my furniture!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been waiting over 10 MONTHS for them to make good on the sofa I bought. Took them 4 months to deliver, been waiting 6 more months for them to replace the cushion their careless delivery guys scratched up while unpacking. They never call me, never email, and when I finally get a hold of them it's the same lie "the vendor told us it will be in the next delivery". Month after month is the same thing, and now they hang up on me because they don't like my attitude. OF COURSE I HAVE AN ATTITUDE, ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND YOU HAVEN'T FIXED YOUR MISTAKE! They never even apologized and if you look at their Yelp page you will see many other stories just like this. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE!!!
