Great place to get eye care. Lauren (one of the optometrist)is fantastic and always answers any questions in depth that I have. The customer service is wonderful and very attentive. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Spex!

Wonderful assortment of glasses. So great to see a place with my favorite glasses, LA Eyeworks. It is a little expensive but may be worth it for the style.

The first time I went to Spex was for a pair of prescription sunglasses and the service was very good. They even put a rush on the sunglasses so I received early. Therefore was the reason I went back a second time after I lost my regular prescription glasses and needed a rush. I ordered on a Tuesday and they advised I would have by Friday. We are now going into the following Wednesday and I still do not have my glasses and there is no sense of urgency. They were more interested in the sale and telling me what I wanted to hear. I have been wearing my sunglasses for a week now and I am very irritated. This will be my last visit.

This place added unexpected charge on top of charge and then tried to force their contact supply on me. They are definitely overpriced and do not fully disclose costs at the time of exam. I would not recommend.
