Dr. Newbury is amazing. I was so impressed with her and cleanliness of her office. What I was not impressed with is how long a follow challenge appoint takes. The earliest option I can get for a follow-up challenge is 6 months away. This is not acceptable. I am going to need to find another allergist.

The technicians were nice and the facility was clean. The doctor I happen to have did not have the best bedside manner. For this to be my first time seeing a specialist, I wasn’t expecting to get talked down to the entire visit. Trust me, if I could have diagnosed myself, I could have saved myself a lot of money and wouldn’t have had to bother with her. Speaking of the amount of money, for the huge bill afterwards and the rude service, I could have gone to Advocate and saved myself a lot of hassle and probably gotten a better experience. Water under the bridge now, but I will not be returning.

The Doctor was very nice and professional. I went in because my eyes are unbearably itchy from Spring-Fall. The doctor told me that I had no allergies to anything, but I did get a huge bill, luckily my insurance covered it. I wish they would have tried a little bit harder to figure out what was causing my discomfort.

Dr Newhall was amazing! I took both of my kids to her for food allergy testing and she was so patience with the kids and made them feel so comfortable .. I recommend this doctor to any parents..
