I went here to get concert tickets and ended up staying for their Brunch Buffet. It was FANTASTIC! The service was top notch, curtious, fast and attentive. As for the food, it also was top notch. It was hot fresh and very tasty. It was by far some of the best Buffet fair I've had. Out of all their competitor, I would absolutely make this my first choice. To top the day off, after all of my incurred experiences, I still left with more than I walked in with. You sure cannot complain about that. I can't wait to come back!

Room offers are good. Everything is based on how much you play. Great hosts but need more. Needs more evening buses. Rooms are great but little details are being overlooked. Tissue box was almost empty, food at edge line of bed, and the Tower is no longer free to use if open. Machines are tighter more days and times of the week. More expensive New machines are replacing older less expensive machines which are liked. New floor staff is less friendly and knowledgeable. Food prices continue to rise with no rise in quality of food. Mystic cash is harder to get now. I don't like being given mystic money for one days time. For two months it's been given 5 times but open to receive in a 24 HR period. It used to be a weekly period to retrieve. Not good.

Went there for seafood buffet. When we arrived they notified us that there would be a 2 hour wait. I didn't really plan on spending that much time standing in line so settled for playing a few slots and eating at one of these other diners. We started out with the Nachos, which was huge and very good. Plenty enough for two people to share with extra. Then for my mine I went with there big mouth burger and fries. My friend had the French dip. Both was a lot more then I was expected. And very tasty. The service seem a little slow.  But I could tell they were short staffed. Over good experience.

I like the new slot machines.  I would like them better if they paid a little. I played for 1 hour on one and did not make a dime.  I lost 50 dollars in that machine.  I must have played 15 different machines and never hit a bonus, nor did I win more than 15 dollars on any of those machine.  Chairs are heavy and hard to move.  Bathrooms are always clean.

I was taken to Mystic to celebrate my birthday for dinner. Love the food but the slots are tighter than national security at the airport according to my gambling buddies. I don’t play because I can’t afford it. My friends never win anything here ever anyway and I’d never take a chance with a nickel at this place because you will be out five cents.They seem to be taking the money to pay for new construction. So either way even if your lucky if you gamble there you lose. You won’t win here. Bingo is fun and affordable. It’s digital now and that can easily be tampered with as well. Just go for the food and the great amenities keep your money in your pocket. Gambling is not right anyway. Especially if it’s all rigged! Not saying that is the case because I’m not a specialist. This is just my opinion. There is nothing there that has ever given me the impression that you can win anything there Ever in your life!
