Location is great for being close to the airport. It is really nice that there is a shuttle service available to and from the airport as well as to grocery stores. Rooms are clean and furnished. It's awesome to have a full size kitchen, although it's slightly underequipped for cooking as there are only a few pots and pans. Otherwise it's a great temporary living quarters.

Terrible service! F.Y.I You really have to check EVERYTHING as soon as you enter your room! First room,  no hot water in bathroom upstairs,  chair was in bad shape as the cording around the back was loose but somehow pushed back in so that it wouldn't be notice which was as soon as I sat down and leaned back causing it to come undone. The closet rack broke when sitting a lightweight mesh bag on it, the living room remote control was nowhere to be found and the garbage disposal had a stinch to it. When moved to another room which took awhile considering there were 6 of us, they deactivated or card/key to the room we were moving from causing us to have to visit the front desk which was unpleasant as the attendant was unprofessional and rude. Then when finally moved to the other room the toilet was clogged and and there were no sheets nor blankets for the pullout sofa bed. When we called the front desk requesting them it took 45 minutes to receive them. In the past when this place was called Residence Inn there were never any problems when I would rent penthouses for my children's birthday parties. However,  new management seems to have changed all of that as our stay here was not even sub standard..........2 thumbs down! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very clean rooms and excellent customer service.  Great crew that works there -- always helpful.  Blessing went out of her way to help with last-minute accommodations requests for our group, and Angela made sure we got to the airport despite the very early hours.  The whole staff is amazing.

Horrible place is like a shelter never again my daughter fell because a leak that they have in the bathroom the shurttle bus when pick like 20 people when the capacity is only 14 i was so scared because he also was speeding this is my first time in msp and for this experience i will never come back here again the staft is so unprofessional BLESSING doesnt know anything about customer service  very rule

I was there visiting a friend. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were helpful with giving me directions, and neighbors were quiet. I'd consider getting a room there myself if I was looking for a place to stay in that area.
