I had such a horrible experience here in 2012 back when I lived in Cape May County. I truly feel bad for people who go there and genuinely need help finding stable employment. There may be a handful of helpful employees who care but there was one that was so verbally abusive and rude it sickened me ... absolutely appalling. Couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism, between the blatant snotty attitude and the uncalled (and ridiculous) phone call she made to my personal cell to harass me about paperwork she had lost, I just kept telling myself it would all be over soon. I can only imagine how many people she scared off who only came there looking to better their lives. Maybe one of them could replace her if she is still an actual paid employee.
