I worked with Mike E. and he was excellent. He had great product knowledge and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and did a great job of following up after the job was completed to make sure it met our standards. I highly recommend Naffco, and Mike especially. We spoke with several competitors and there was no competition at the end of the day! Great experience start to finish!

I only ordered a couple small items but received very good customer service. I didn't expect it considering the few items I needed. I was emailed the expected delivery date and product arrived on that date. I They called me when it was ready for pick up and went to the warehouse the next day. The loader found my order within a few minutes which means they are very organized considering the size of their warehouse. Would buy from again and recommend.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She. Ame to our home to measure and Together we selected the perfect plantation shutters for our Bay Window. The installation went smoothly and the end result is absolutely gorgeous!

Amazing staff, competitive pricing and fantastic customer service. Bob, carpet salesman is extremely professional , and Ann-Marie, blinds saleswoman is very knowledgeable and kind. Shop local and support small business which are your neighbors, friends and family. I quoted all services at Home Depot and they were twice a much!!!
