I will not be returning as a regular customer.  I didn't enjoy my experience as a new customer 

The store has a lot of clutter.  It seems as if a lot of junk is piled in the front of the shop.  The shop gave me a DIRTY GROSS feeling...The shop has Dirty Nail dust from people's fingernails all over the place.  the chairs are covered in dust, every countertop, and nail station is covered in dust, even the sink has a gross coating of dust. 

I noticed my nail drill was coated in thick layers of red electrical tape.  To me it looked not only sloppy but possibly dangerous too.

I walked in for a gel fill in.  The nail technician was rough on my nails.  The lady grinded my nail so far down my original fingers started burning.  The lady grinded my nails 4 times with the most unpleasant, most painful drill bit ever.  Gel nails are nice and hard.  My nails are paper thin.  The lady barely even dipped the nail brush in the gel adhesive.  I got the thinnest layer of gel I wouldn't be surprised if my nails break in a week.  The lady completed the fill in without removing all the old nail polish, so I have got pink under the clear.  Im not sure if the gel was a cheap product. Or an old product, but the gel nails have bubbles in them too.  I have short square nails, so normally fill in only take about a half hour...my nails had been grinded so long the transaction was over an hour. I walked out of the nail salon with no nail polish.  Usually the finish results make me happy nice clean, strong, freshly painted nails, but I didn't feel that way walking out my nails looked kinda old and sloppy.

The shop has cheap prices....you get what you pay for....spend the extra money go to a higher end nail salon

The salon is very clean and well-kept! They really guarantee a wonderful service! Making my acrylic full set for lovely and also my eyebrows look perfectly shape and painless

I'm so happy I decided to come here! I had heard great things about this salon. My experience was absolutely wonderful. For my first deluxe manicure it looked incredible!
