The haircut and stylist were fine. The only issue was while me and another customer were getting our haircut, there were multiple children running around. The children were not a customers child, they had to be with one of the workers only because I was the last one in the shop and the kids and women were still just sitting there clearly waiting for a employee to get off of work. Just very unprofessional of that and bad parenting for letting the children run around yelling.

Sometimes fine customer service, and other times poor.  Probably worth spending couple extra bucks somewhere else.  Old Town Barbershop (In Blue Island) is just one good alternative

Horrible service. The lady who cut my hair was super rude and impatient, a disservice to society - shameful. The other lady in the shop looked much nicer than the one I got.

I always get a good haircut at a decent price. Also, because my wife has severe dementia, her hair is not easy to cut because she is so unresponsive; everyone there treats her with kindness and much patience.
