Nail Pro at the Hampshire Mall is fantastic. I highly recommend. Very professional, clean/hygienic, talented nail technicians, and good management. Cost for services are average and not over-priced. Well organized, wait is minimal with the exception of high peak periods and before holidays. Calling to schedule a time in advance certainly helps.

I was just here trying to get my nails done. The receptionist was rude, but that’s normal for this place. Even on a good day he’s not friendly. I put my name on their list, and he told me 25 minuets. I said that was fine and sat and waited. About 30 minutes into waiting and a woman who had come in after me was taken before me. I’m so mad, I walked out. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff but poor job done... nail polishes watered down... who knows if official OPI colors in the bottles. Not sure if tools were properly sterilized in between clients.  After the oils dried, can see how the polish was not put on properly and was lumpy. Will not go back... can’t understand why such a long wait too... The end result was awful

The people there were so nice and my nail technician  did a great job and every time he made a mistake he did everything he can to make it right, he also gave me growing polish without being asked. The music was pleasant they make sure you get it how you want it!!! I DECENTLY RECOMMEND THIW PLACE TO EVERBODY

Terrible! My friend I was with noticed me wincing in pain. I was getting acrylics off, I can't have them for a course in enrolled in and they fought with me on that. Most importantly - 
 I asked for a specific, simple design for Super Bowl Sunday, had a picture with me and everything and I left with plain red nails. No anything. 
I wish I had not prepaid and pretipped 45%. My manicurist was completely rude and disregarded almost everything I requested down to nail length.
