I went in to get a gel set, and made it clear to the staff that it was what i wanted. Instead they ended up giving me a gel manicure, and when I confronted them about it they were totally dismissive. The nails look cute though. The staff were okay, but flighty due to having too many customers and not enough staff members. They weren’t attentive and seemed to be going through the motions. I don’t see myself coming back in the future

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! The paint job was sloppy and the technician kept stabbing me with her finger nails. I will never go back!

good price, almost never any wait, and a nice hand massage with every manicure. this is now my regular place: catch me there every two weeks like clockwork.

Best Nails Salon in Amherst, the staff who done my nails is friendly, helpful and done his jobs really carefully. I'll be back.

Came here with my fellow bridesmaids and bride for our pre wedding mani/pedis. They have a large selection of colors, including gel (they don't give gel pedicures). The service was professional and quick and we had no wait time. (We'd called all week trying to get a reservation with no reply, luckily they were not busy.)
