staff was very friendly. The guy who did my nails, did not listen to what I wanted. The length was perfect until he filed them down to stubs. I said square with rounded corners, and I got an almond shape. Then he had to polish them twice since the first time he polished, it was all bubbled and ugly looking. Nails are not the same length or shape. Will not return.

Never have I left a negative review. I always find something positive and that is what I normally post. However, I have been going here for several years and had great service. The last few times not so good. There is like a "just don't care" attitude among the employees about the quality of the service.                                                                                                                    
 A week ago, I had purchased a mani/pedi with gel polish. That very evening, it began to peel off. I was not doing anything to contribute to the peeling.  Any polish should last more than a few hours!                                  I even had to ask for lotion for my hands after the process of removing the old gel polish. (Not just once but 3 times)                                                                                                                Also, while there, 2 of the employees began to argue over a bottle of polish not being cleaned off after use. One of those people was the person working on my nails.                                                                                 I felt as if I had just thrown  money out the window!

Absolutely the most amazing place to get your nails and everything done. These folks are very skilled on what they do. They are so friendly and are very helpful. I love them too death!! Michael really takes pride in his salon! It's ten times better than these more up to do salons! Thanks to all the staff! Truly enjoy every time I cone in!

Very rude employees who enjoy making snarky remarks about customers in their native language. If you want to spend money to be humiliated and/or have sloppy looking nails, this is your place.
