Today was a great day, had fun with "KATIE" picking out my new eye glass frames, she was so helpful and best of all honest that was what I liked the best. Honesty!!! Not just trying to sell glasses... she was kind ,happy, honest in her opinions and that made me happy with my purchase. She was very informative about other products which I purchased for my dry eyes. Over all I have to say everyone was very pleasant and kind at the Easley Office of Clemson Eye. This is were I will stay for my eye care.... Very pleased!!

I’m not sure exactly what to say? I was not pleased with the outcome of my exam! I just recently developed minor eye issues the first Dr I saw in a pinch was at a sears in Pennsylvania! He didn’t use all the computer screens and didn’t need the help of half a dozen others to figure out what was going on! I then got a temporary pair of single vision glasses made the same day at a LensCrafters up there this took care of my issue for a few weeks. But my vision seemed to have changed a little and got referred here by my PCP! The screens I had to look at gave me a headache! Compared to just a static wall chart (I think old school is better in this case) all this technology is overkill! And not needed! He did say something about Astigmatism and my vision did change a little! I have a disability and had a PTSD anxiety moment that I was embarrassed about! their reaction to it was hard to read since I was focused on my breathing and heart rate!, but I never really got my point across about the glasses I had! He just said take them back to LensCrafters and they will fix them but they won’t and I could not explain why with the time I had there so I’m back to square one! I’m on disability and basically live off $30 a day! 1/3 of that goes to rent I live of less in day than most make in a couple hours! So what do I do now? All the money they made off that appointment and I’m still not in a better situation with my vision! I was hoping they could tell me how much to fix the one lens so it matches my new vision and possibly do something about the cracked lens! But I felt more like I was $$$$ instead of a person. Guess I have to save up to drive back to Pennsylvania to do it again where the eye dr treated me like a person.

Good experience at all locations! Found a problem immediately that another local doctor had missed completely! Prices are very reasonable.

I was on vacation and I had a contact emergency. I called them to see if they would fax my prescription to a Walmart eye center in Gatlinburg and they refused because my prescription was one week out of date. The woman I spoke to told me that I had to come back in for an eye exam in order to get a new prescription. I had already explained that I was out of the state when she told me this so I repeated that I was out of the state, and that I had lost one of my contacts. She repeated in a very snarky tone (as if explaining something to a child) that "she would be more than happy to schedule me for an emergency appointment this afternoon" if I would like. I told her a 3rd time that I was out of the state and she asked if I was within driving distance since this was such an emergency. I will never return to them. Walmart was going to fill my 1 week out of date prescription if they could have gotten it from Clemson Eye, but Clemson Eye continuously refused to fax me a copy.

Via phone quoted price of $60 - $200??? For eye exam......no insurance, new patient. When asked what's $60 range, it appears that will not happen cause the doc will recommend tests that requires you to pay more.....
