I have been a customer for 7 years. I really like this nail salon. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly and gives great service. I broke a nail and walked in yesterday and they fixed my nail for free. She said I am a long-time customer and not to worry about it. This shows me that they appreciate me as a customer.

I've been going to Nail Design for 14 years and refuse to let anyone else do my nails. I moved away and still drive 30 min one way to get my nails done. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean.

First off, I never write a bad review, but today I felt the need..  I've always gone to nail design as I've always been happy with the service until today. Granted my no chip is a week old, but the cuticle line should not look this bad, overgrown and dry. Not to mention you can still see remnants of the old polish and no chip base coat. I noticed the technician was very rushed during my manicure, but I didn't say anything as they were busy and I don't feel like she did a good job on the cuticle from the start. I went in today for the owner to evaluate and she stood her ground that it was a week old. When you pay good money for a no chip, you expect the nails to look good for more than a week.  Sorry to say but this salon has lost my business.  There are plenty of other nail salons to choose from in Oswego.

They don't even deserve one star. I've been going here for years went yesterday and the guy seemed rushed. I got a full set and they looked horrible. Called the next morning and they told me to come in, I got there and was then told to come back tomorrow bc the manager wasn't in. I don't have time to just keep going in it was my day off work and I needed them re done. The staff was very rude and wasn't trying to resolve the issue at all. While I was there another customer came in with the same issue and also stated the person who did her nails seemed like he was in a hurry. Poor customer service, I will be looking for a new nail salon as they're on every corner.

I've been coming here for 10 years and the service is AWESOME!!!! There friendly, professional and courteous! I highly recommend!
