I'Ve been coming to the nail show for about 7 years and I must say the custom service is becoming an issue. The language barrier is one thing, but TIFFANY the owner is a complete RUDE SMART ASS! She's always been rude, but not to me directly. After sitting for two hours in cold water, I asked for hot. When I received the new batch of water, there was something in it burning my feet. It wasn't the temperature, but it was a chemical that was actually burning my feet. I tried to explain to the technician, but of course she doesn't speak English. She walked off in the middle of me telling her that something is burning my feet. I address Tiffany the OWNER and she was VERY Nonchalant and tried to over talk me while explaining, was after spending my hard earned money for 7years I EXPECT MORE. While exiting the building I noticed they were putting dish washing liquid in the water. The issue could've been fix in a professional manner, but I don't know if Tiffany was having a bad day or what. After waiting for two hours with cold water I should've been the one with a attitude, not her

I LOVE this place. There will always be a wait so do not expect to pop in and out... BUT you will be satisfied with the professionalism and outcome of your service.

If I could I'll give then 10 stars!They take there time and do it right... This is the best nail shop I've every been too. I've been going to this shop for 24 years and no one can out do them..I mean no one!

I have been coming to this place for a year. I must say I love their pedicures and my favorite mail techs have both left. I just get my pedicures now and go. It is usually hit or miss with them.but lately they have really just given me bad customer service. I have had to come back twice to get my nails redone and have waited for hours before even being serviced. The icing on the cake was when I sat there for two hours soaking in a tub of water and then having the owner come over to tell.me I'd be moving to get my hands done at the same time. Which I hate but the issue was they let someone else go before me and then lied when it was time to close and said I never said I was getting my nails done. Listen i had to make her look stupid bc Tiffany the owner was the one who gave me the update status and said I would be next. After having to come out of character bc my nails were soaked off at this point I had to let her know I wasn't leaving to go to work like that. I asked four people for hot water refill and never got it the next time I tried thinking it was a hectic day. Honestly it's nice but not worth the headache. They just need to know when they are at capacity Noone should wait more than am hour

If you are looking for quality work, then this is the place for you. Vinny does a beautiful job. Mike also does quality work. Oli did a fantastic pedicure. HOWEVER....the wait times are LONG! Bring a book and a snack and a whole lot of patience.
