Treated my lady to the best nail and foot job money can buy. Spent over $130. 3 days passed a nail on her hand come and several more became loose. She called and asked about coming in to have it repaired,.......... what did she get attitude! When she do go in to have them repaired more attitude after spending over $130. And to make matters worse the desk guy, maybe manager threatened to call the police on my lady. We will never go back there!!!! Never👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Great service, exceptional quality in the nail service provided.  Janet is an awesome nail tech and knows her craft very well.  The only thing is that their prices are pretty steep and not much offers are given to customers in order to retain their loyalty to the establishment.  They need to do more things for their loyal customers such as offer discounts since the community in which they are in supports their business tremendously.  I personally travel from North Georgia to get services there.

I'm from Alabama and I came to visit this nail shop to get a fill in and pedicure with my son and husband. I signed both of us in and out full/pedicure by mine. Well, about 4 or 5 people came in and the guy at the front desk just completely skipped me and I told him verbally what I wanted. So, after he let someone get a fill in ahead of me they told me they were ready for my husband's and I pedicure. Well, when I sat Don't the bowl I was at didn't have jets and the guy just stuck his hand in the bowl trying to fix it and let every disgusting thing the filter had in it in my bowl with my feet. So, I'm like I definitely don't want to get my pedicure in this chair the bowl is nasty. So, he moved me to another chair and the spa chair wasn't working properly or the jets in the bowl. I'm like can I ever win! I was prepared to get the best pedicure and a gel fill in but as if that wasn't enough; I said I just didn't want the most expensive spa pedicure anymore I just wanted the regular because I felt like I shouldn't pay top dollar for crap and the guy doing my nails spoke to the manager in their language, packed his spa kit up with and attitude, and called the next person for a fill in! If I could give this place a negative I would. I have never been treated so nasty in my life! IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND UNWIND THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH YOU SHOULD COME!!!!!!!!

The techican that I usually get is very professional however they are all nice. I've never had a bad experience.

I love getting my lashes done here. Only place I go actually. And I have to go to either Renae or Janet. Only two. They are thee best!!! At all they do. Great shop for nails as well.
