The class and teachers are very focused and accessible. I come away very relaxed and renewed. The facility itself lends itself to a very good practice. It has a very calming and restorative atmosphere.

It is unique to have a focused class like 'healthy backs.'  Sore and injured backs are a fact of life....especially as we age.  Offering a class that will help heal, strength and thereby prevent future injuries is a wonderful gift.

I love this studio, the teachers are great and its such a welcoming place. We don't live near by anymore and still drive 30min to take classes there.

The classes, teachers, students & overall energy at Namaste is WONDERFUL. I just love this place, am so happy a friend recommended it to me. I get to go at my own pace & face my own personal challenges, always being encouraged and supported! The package/membership prices are very reasonable, and there are wide variety of classes to choose from, plus some special workshops each month. I can't speak highly enough about this yoga center! Come do the 2 week unlimited trial for $30 and check out all the many classes/teachers & experience it for yourself! I wish I had discovered this place sooner!!
