I go to Namaste for both massage and yoga.  The treatment rooms are very comforting, I always feel relaxed right when I walk in the door.  The yoga teachers are all amazing and inspiring.  And, the classes are small enough that I always get plenty of individual attention.  To top it all off, prices are very affordable.  It's my go to place for massage and yoga in Truckee :)  I love the community at Namaste!

Anne Marie's own yoga practice is beautiful and inspiring.  But even better, she is a skilled and graceful teacher.   I have been going to her studio since she opened and still go to 2-3 classes a week.
