I took a 9:30am Sunday Vinyasa Flow class. The instructor/staff were very nice and the space is beautiful and heated - they have yoga mats to rent for $2.  The instructor was not hands on and the class could have been more challenging, but if you are looking for a relaxing post skiing/hiking workout, this is your place as the space is tranquil.

I live in San Francisco and was in Tahoe for a ski weekend. I practice yoga frequently, but the Sunday night restorative class here was one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken. The instructors are so friendly and helpful - even going above and beyond to mail me back a necklace I left in the studio. Highly recommend to anyone in Truckee or visiting!

This is my first experience with a yoga studio. I am comfortable here! The heated floors make it so warm for the chilly winter days. Pia and Megan are caring and kind-- they convey feelings of comfort and love in their verbal direction. They are both gentle with correcting my poses. I am happy with my choice.

I found Shaleah and Studio Tahoe nearly three years ago after trying to find relief from a nagging back injury. I found relief from the pain but also found a way to overcome all the other stress that life throws at you. Shaleah, Megan, Kris, Britt, Hannah all have their own spin on the practice and their variety keeps it interesting and fresh. Days missed away from the studio are noticeable. I have never left the studio not feeling better than when I walked in.
