Do not recommend this salon. I had very poor customer service over the phone. When asking to schedule another appointment I was given grief about missing an appointment. My call was not me to try to get out of the missed appointment but to schedule a new one and she completely failed to understand that and help me... rather she harped on this being commission based salon and how I did the employee assigned to me a disservice. (They charge you regardless if you show up or not so I’m not sure how I hurt the employee financially)

Kevin gives WONDERFUL massages.  I have done the 'whole day spa' experience before too and it was great.  I would recommend to other people

This place was great for a manicure, but I went to get my eyebrows waxed last week and my eyebrows look the exact same as they did when I first got there. Very Disappointed. Didn't even look like she did anything to them. 🙁👎

This spa does not have great business practices. I had a last minute emergency and I tried to reschedule my appointment (I understand a fee for last minute cancellations) but they tried to charge me the entire amount of my massage. I really wanted to move the massage to a later date and they were not helpful whatsoever, all they wanted was the money. So they just lost a customer. I wish I could review the place but I can't because of their greedy business practices. From now on I'm going to spa belle la vie, they won't charge you if you have an emergency or have to cancel last minute. I really can't with this place

The couple's massage is wonderful. They have really great customer service, and everything is clean. They're health rating is 100.
